uo wont un-minimize

ok so i was on my laptop playing excelsior at about 5 am, and all of a sudden it says windows not responding. so i close excelsior, i open excelsior back up with razor. opens fine, log in find, then i click my characters name. and poof screen minimizes. i put my cursor over it and clicked trying to get it 2 come back up it did not, so i used alt+tab. when i tried that the first time, i got another not responding, even tho it still wasnt open on my screen, then i gave it a minute, and now it is done with the whole not responding stuff. but it still wont open out of my task bar?
can anyone help me please, i like being able to play excelsior off of my laptop also

it occurs sometimes to me, even i close and reopen it stay in minimized. Right click on taskbar then maximize work for me.

i tried this.. but it dident work.
i can see the screen in thrumbnail. but it still doesnt maximize
but im logged in and everything
im running windows 7 is anyone can help

On Win7, you hover your mouse over the taskbar thingy, and give it a second for the "program preview" to come up, that is the mini window of your UO client. Then, right-click that mini window, and you will get the option to maximize.

Or sometimes a computer restart works as well.

This worked for the three people that have had such an issue so far, I hope it works for you as well. If not, reply back here and i can temporarily change your name, that makes it work as well.

Also on win 7 you can use the Start + Left or Right arrow key to send the window to the side of the screen. This sometimes does the trick.
