Problem with Razor

All of a sudden everytime my wife tries to log onto the shard with razor her screen gets minimized and cant be restored, she can play without razor and not have this problem but without it she might as well just look at her background picture on her monitor or whatever....Any clues to what is wrong and how to fix it.

right click on ultima online. then maximize. + dunno why that happens. happens once in a blue moon here.

nothing is happening and she dont have those options, she is on Windows 7

start with razor, when it is showing not the game window, press ALT + Enter a couple times.

awesome that fixed it...when it comes to computers i know little, i run the game on windows xp and she has 7 which i refuse to learn or even get lol....thanks for the help.
