Connection Issue's

First of all i would like to say Hello to everyone, ive made it to the forums at last =)
Second of all i would like to say sorry to any forum moderators if this post is in an Un Correct pace.

and Thirdly, Recently over the past three days, when i have been trying to connect to Ultima Excelsior Shard i have been stuck on "Verifying Account" for well so far its been an hour and 15 minutes.. I am Curious about this Anyone know why this does this to me almost every day, and i then dont get to go onto Ultima untill later on in my day time (its half 1 in the afternoon right now i wont get on till about 5 - 7 pm before it lets me in)

Any help advice or even tips or knowledge would be greatly appreciated


Ive gone through all settings on laptop and in Ultima's right click properties, everything is set up to run correctly and as admin, ive even triple checked Ultima Client UO Auto Map and Razor all have permission to access the firewall...

Please help me ! i get really upset when i cant play, as i get limited time to play each day due to having a 19 month old Child

Right now no one can get on, it is stuck at verifying for everyone, shards down. Whatever your problem the rest of the time, I don't know.

Server is presently down because of a crash. The "almost every day" and "past 3 days" statements lead me to believe that you have tried logging in during both of the server's recent down times. I doubt it is any issue on your end. +Colibri, the shard owner, is working on fixing the issue that caused the server to go down at this very moment. Once the server comes up you should try again and let us know the results.
