Role Playing?

Hello everyone!

Now, I suspect everyone is gonna go "LOL f***ot RPer!" Okay, maybe not everyone but everywhere else I've went has pretty much been on that level.

Excelsior has caught my attention, but the thing I want to ask is: How much of a genuine RPing community is on this shard? I mean... Something that isn't all about RPPVP where people shout "We shall kill ye" and thats it, preferably. All for hunting RP, interactive, community RP, et cetera. But I would like to know.

I haven't come across ANY RPers here (into day 25). I usually greet people with RP-esque phrasing and there has been zero "in-character" response to it thus far.

Yea I haven't came across any RP'ers. Not to say there might not be a guild or two that isn't RP it just isn't widespread.

You may actually want to start a Guild of your own and post a recruitment thread in the Guild section on the forum. There are probably a lot of people interested in participating in RP with you.

I'd play role play... im happy using standard english but if i was asked to join a hunt and it was set to role play as olde english ud be up for that .... put a lot of time in my char thou so maybe ill hold off on a new char just for it but im open to the option

People advertise for RP guilds every so often on global and forums. Just keep an eye out and ask around. Maybe do a forum search as well.
