Custom Hues Help

Greetings all.
I'd say 99% of my hues are working, and I only just noticed this but all of the hues along the outside edge of the hues hall are true black. These are ranging in the 2100 and up, with just a few hues missing in the middle of the hall. Most of the 2100 and up hues are there, its mainly just the ones on the outside edge.
I've downloaded the server bundle, and the hues.mul file. Replaced all files in my uo directory with the server files. I'm running client 5.0.9.1 with razor and windows 8.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've checked and double checked each thing mentioned above, including redownloading the torrent, and the hues.mul

Normally I wouldnt even bother for just a handful of hues like this but my new guild's color isnt showing up lol.

There is a link for the hues at http://www.uoex.net/codex/technical/patching

I checked the file and it seems to be working fine for me. Only other suggestion would be to reinstall and try again.

Search new hue file on forum it will explain what needs to be done.

Jecks I've reinstalled that file on the patch thing 3 times now and its still not working.

Also searching the forum for "new hue file" doesnt pull up anything that explains what to do. unless I'm just missing it. Any chance you could link what you're talking about?
