GFX bug on open sea

Yesterday I tryed to get an aqua stang, so I fetched my boat.
I went to fellu, headed south of minoc to the coast and brought my boat to water.
First was to head south, and I prepared for a longer journey, told the tilerman his orders
and fetched my self a coffee and cigarette.
After some minutes, something strange appeared on the radarmap.
I slowly went near and found......nothing.
I told my tillerman to circle around that object at least.
(Surely he must thought, I`m mad lol)
But, in the end, it was still the same.
Nothing to see on the mainview but the radarmap showed something,
long as my boat and about 3 tiles wide.

Sadly I`m not able to have UOAM run by unknown reason.
Neighter wiki explanation works nor UA assist or any other prog is able to make
UOAM run on excelsior.
So, I can`t tell the coordinates, but if any GM checks fellus open sea, he/she should find my boat not far from that position.

If so, I`d be happy, if it would be fetched up and set somewhere near the mainland.
I`m sadly neighter Jesus and can walk on water nor any teleport works on fellu.


Btw...it would be nice to tell that US-Navy, not to park their submarines to close to surface.

If you use it, Razor has ha positioning system with coordinates (both lat/long and tile x/y). Also - sextant. ;)

Sadly only can use razor in windowed mode,
otherwise I have massivly flashings.
So besides things in my house, I never use razor.

Run razor in xp compatibility mode to get rid of the flickering.

Razor is set to be in compability mode XP, SP2 and also run as admin.
But still the same.
I fear, my gfx somehow doesn`t work together with razor.
Its a Gainward GTX 295
