crafting 70 total Platinum Plate

Hey everyone, just wondering how to make 70 resist platinum plate, I have 120 bs with plus armor and a +30 bs hammer making to 159 bs, and then i use a platinum bs hammer to craft the armor and still am coming up short of the 70 total resist. am I doing something wrong? or is it just very rare for a 70 total piece? I hope this makes some sort of sense.. hehe

Isn't the amount of resists you add based on your arms lore skill? I know having an exceptional item gives more resists, but I'm pretty sure that it's arms lore that determines your final resists? Maybe it's just chance with runics too where the points get distributed? I've seen kit with over 70 resist and under 60 crafted by the same person in the same batch.

of cause it does, i didnt even think of arms lore, it is 100, but i guess its time to change that.
