advice on s'gail

Okay so Im noob to s'gail. any helpful tips, since they revamped it? just kinda curious as Ive only been there once with a kinda so-so guide and got stomped lol.

Fier, I'm looking to get a group together for Sgail soon. So far, it's Semz and I, but I'll pm you when I have more details. I'm assuming you've already gathered all the materials?

I have not, I was mainly wanting to go so I could get a feel for it, but I shall start gathering the materials now

full materiel list are in my rune-library also [pm scuba to get location or use the red tele-porter at stiles shop :D the material books are in the west or left hand corner neer the fireplace and stairs
