Tailoring

Post by Relluc »

Is there any possible way to condense the scripting on tailoring? You don't raise tailoring by turning wool to yarn, yarn to cloth. Why make us dble click it all each and every time? Would it be possible to just dble click a stack of wool/yarn/thread and then it makes the whole stack the next thing in the heirarchy?

pissible but not desirable.
for example: you do the whole stack of fishsteaks in cooking.

as for why the crafting og cloth is such an ordeal ... if not, the poor would have nothing to do but beg all day and craft fancy shirts :D

of course it's possible, but I would be against such a change. you don't change game mechanics just because they are 'tedious'. if we do, we might as well start dropping powerscrolls of mongbats, because champions are too much hassle.

Nah, BIG difference between killing a Champ for a PS and clicking 200 wools to get yarn then 600 yarn to get the cloth. BIG difference

The point was changing basic game mechanics because they are tedious. Besides, you can easily macro cloth and yarn making.

why not just use razor to do it?

You can make Razor record your actions as you do it. Just make it record, spin one pile of flax/wool on a spinning wheel. Then stop recording after it's done. Insert a pauze of about 2.5 seconds after it, and change the targeting of the wool/flax to target by type (make two macro's if you intend to use both). Then just press loop and go.

Just play around with it. Razor + target by type is very powerful. Making cloth from thread/yarn works exactly the same, and you don' t even need to insert a pause in that case.
