Item Bonus Caps and Intensity Ranges

I was wondering about bonus caps here on excelsior, are they the same as on OSI I.e

Code: Select all

Hit Chance Increase
Intensity Range: 1 - 15
Maximum Attainable: 45
Found On: Weapons, Shields, Jewelry

Hit Chance Increase increases your final chance to hit your opponents.

If you before Hit Chance Increase is applied have 50% chance to hit, with 20% Hit Chance Increase you will have 60% chance to hit.

Hit Chance Increase is capped at 45%. 
Or are they custom?

If they indeed are custom, would it be possible to get a list of the intensity ranges for different materials aswell as caps?

I didn't change these AOS core values so if the guys at RunUO got it right, they should be like OSI.

Lyandrin any clue what the damage increase and spell damage increase caps are?

I will list the most common bonuses and their cap.

Damage Increase: 100%
Defense Chance Increase: 45%
Dex bonus: 16 (57 with artifacts)
Faster Cast Recovery: 6 (you can go higher but 6 reduces it to 0 so no more is needed)
Faster Casting: 4
Hit Chance Increase: 45%
Hit Point Increase: 30 (50 with artifacts)
Hit point regen: 12
Int bonus: 22 (44 with artifacts)
Lower Mana Cost: 40%
Lower Reagent Cost: 100%
Luck: 1360 (you can get more, but the bonuses are miniscule, 1226 is the max youll need)
Mana Increase: 54
Mana Regen: 12
Reflect Physical Damage: 105%
Spell Damage Increase: 33 (61 with artifacts)
Stamina Increase: 48 (51 with artifacts)
Stamina Regen: 18 (36 with artifacts)
Strength Bonus: 16 (67 with artifacts)
Swing Speed Increase: 30 (85 with artifacts)

These are the caps for OSI shards but since we have a few custom artifacts and stuff here it might differ a bit, Colibri will have to answer that though :/

Artifact bonuses count past caps?

And I can verify 100% damage increase cap.

arties count past some caps yes, but only on the things ive listed with (artie bonus) :)

I'm inclined to disagree with the statment "1226 is all you need". I'm sure i read some where that an item can have 500 max luck so i think you could in theory get to 7500. Whether you'd notice and difference I have no idea. I have got mine to 1448 and it isn't helping me where I was hoping it would.

well according to what I've read you cap out at 1226.. but if you want to push it high by all means do so if you can., i havent noticed any difference between 1250 and 1700 though.

ok great thnx i just wondered it the cap was higher because we are on a custom shard. I think i'll stop chasing sources of luck now

Nice list good info! Does artifact include Tokono arties? Just wondering.

This is great info...should be put into the guide or wiki, maybe even on the mainpage since new players are always interested to know what the caps are before they start playing.
