Recalling to Deceit level 4

Ok if I found a bug and it was fixed no biggie but I can no longer recall to the lich lord room in Deceit lvl 4. Was this always that way or is this new?

I'm not upset or anything just curious.

What does it way when you try to recall ??? You may try to recall on a lich itself and that way blocks you from recalling... it happen sometimes... they move you know

It says "You are not allowed to travel there."

I'm working on a quest and apparently the controls were bound to Trammel instead of the event map. Should be fixed now, let me know.
