Newb here with some questions

Im new to the server Ive managed to get an archer tamer not the best not the worst. But, I wanted to become a 215-220dexxer but was told this was cheaper and simpler im keeping it as a goal tho.

I was wondering since i cant get the GoC items until my account is 21 days what can i be doing until then? Im trying to get as many things as possible for the dexxer before i hit 21 days Right now i have

Jackals
Puglist gloves
Headband of power
Royal hive robe
Crimson
Tactical arms of excellence

And im currently leveling a hanzo bow Is that good or bad?

Would it be viable for me to level a weapon while doing champion spawns like blaze of death or titans hammer so i could hit mutliple things and save arrows?

Edit: Im REALLY lost on what weapons i should be leveling and what stats i should be giving them. Blaze of death and titans hammer just seemed like a good idea since 220 dex is a thing theyd swing at max speed and have WW and area effect im open to other weapon items

Hello Shirohige welcome to UOEX! I hope you are enjoying yourself here, I am myself pretty new here been playing here for about 2 months and I love it here. Getting to 215+ Dex will open a new world of apportunity to you in the mean time you can use taming with mules and then nobles and that will help you kill pretty much anything. Once you hit 21 days you can do mistvale quests and get the cloak, sash, reaper and I myself got the pants too even tho they will last 6 months they are very nice. Regarding a Blaze and the Titans hammer well the blaze is one of the best WW weps and Titans is the best Item you can Relayer in game atm but is very and I say very hard to get. Here is a link that helped me alot with informantion about relayers and how to lvl weps. Thanks to Alan for the great info.

PS Don't be in a hurry to get to god status enjoy the jorney there is alot of stuff to look for in this shard. and use the Wiki there you can almost learn everything about the shard.

I would suggest starting out by maxxing all your skills (no skill cap on this shard). Do the newbie champ. Do some escorts. Enjoy the early days of your char. Then after 21 days (I believe) start doing Mistvale Quests and get all the possible items from there. Complement your Mistvale gear with:

Jackals (neck)
Puglist gloves (gloves)
Hunters headdress (head)
Royal hive robe (robe)
Crimson cincture (apron)
Tactical arms of excellence (arms)
Batwings (shoes)

I think will keep your occupied for the next 45 days. Good luck!

I've been working my skills slowly currently finishing my weapon skills as for those items

Missing those idk anything about those. But ya my friend helped me ALOT

Hey! Thank you! I have been enjoying myself. Ive been helped about alot by a friend so i do have the mules. And im just trying to save up money until i hit that glorious 21 day mark. I got a blaze of death today so thats great to hear that..idk the fastest way to level it ive been using it to AoE things down at champ spawns lol. Ill read that info in a bit Thx alot

What Alex said above was on point, regarding the blaze it depends what you want to use it for, some people use the blaze as a secondary wep for champs only due to it having fire area attack. My blaze has 57% lighting, 57% fireball, 30% energy area, 50% fire area, 8 str, 8 dex, and 25% mana leach. It works great for me at the moment and I use it for every thing since I don't have another lvl 100 wep yet when I get around to lvling a single damage looted wep then I will use it for champs as it was intended. I know that Alan guide is a bit complex for a new player on this shard it has alot of advance details on relayers and stat caps but that will come with time just work on skills, do escords and the rat quest for cash you will need it to buy does items for your 220 dex. Remember that you will need to boost your stat cap by at least 25 points and then add 5 +5 stats scrolls at a cost of 250ED so that your base dex is 150 if you want to get to that magic 220 dex with gear.

Oh yea ED forgot about that stuff Where do i go to see all the stuff i can buy with ED and where do i buy ED? I'll probably use my blaze in a similiar fashion and use my Yumi for ranged

What stats am i looking for on looted weapons?

Basically, spell hits (fireball, lightning,harm and magic arrow for single hit and all 5 area of effect spells: fire,cold,energy, poison and phisical) and also hit leeches (mana,stamina and life leech). Spell hits are generally more valued since they take 4 points to raise 1% when levelling weps, while leeches take 3 points.

Well, we could be debating desirable templates all afternoon, but i think that's the basic thing hope this helps.

The order of hits is in my opinion: lightning (lvl 4), fireball (lvl 3), harm (lvl 2) and magic arrow (lvl1). (Harm and magic arrow can vary depending if melee wep is range or non range wep. Some tests have been made and found on the forums).

The order of leeches in my opinion: mana leech, then life leech. stamina leech is ok, remember you can spam divine fury and have max stamina

Lower def and lower attack: lower def is good for melee weps, less for whirlwind (area) weps. lower attack i would not add to a wep.

Areas are great for whirlwind weps (only). I would avoid adding areas or having areas on melee weps (especially bows and yumis).

A good starter wep is 3x46 or higher since you can get a 3x40 from Mistvale which is good too. Remember weps come with max 1 hit (dispel excluded) and/or 1 area hit. SO find one that fits your play style and needs with a combination of the comments above.
