Help help! Cannot log in!

I just created a character called Raelthus, and when I logged out, and tried to relog in. It wasn't enabling me to do so. It said the credentals you have entered are invalid. I just made the user name, and did the password when I logged on. Now I put in everything as correct, and it still says invalid.

If someone could give me some insight on this I would greatly appreciate it.

Make sure caps was not, or was, on when you first logged. You can try to reload the client and see if that fixes it. Or you can email +colibri the shard administrator to see if he can assist. Check the wiki page for his email. There are perhaps other ways to fix this but I am unaware of any. Hopefuly you get logged in soon and enjoy the shard.

Thank you for the response. I have sent out a email. Hopefully I can get a response soon. I wouldn't be making a forum post if I didn't get a little help at the start, and I wouldn't want the person that did help me to have done all this for nothing.

So now all I can do is wait. =)

Also you may want to verify the address and port are correct if you are using a helper program like uosteam or razor. That can hang things up also. One last thing make sure to run UO as administrator. There is a help file I did in the help section on that. Good luck!

Accessing the client itself is not the issue. I just cannot remember what my password was when I first created my account. I assumed running straight in excited to play UO again would get the better of me.
