I'm doing the dying wish quest, and i cannot find bacchus. i've looked all around the shrine of sacrifice, but he's nowhere to be found. if anyone can help, i'd appreciate it.

Bacchus is for the Gravediggers Quest and if he is not around the shrine, then I am pretty sure that someone led him away and he hasn't found his way back yet. As for the Dying Wish Quest, that has been inactive for years. Since it has been a few days since you posted this, I hope you found him by now because he was there when I checked on him.

There is not only one Shrine of sacrifice. The one @ teleporter is not the right one. You need to find this one.
