Bonsai Quest Help

Hello plant lovers. I've been trying to do the Bonsai quest and had no trouble getting the granite grit but I'm stuck on the packet of preserved seeds. Landen mentioned the Naturalist and the gardeners but the Naturalists I've found are only interested in the Solen quest and I can't find the gardening society anywhere. If it is allowed, could someone please give me a hint to nudge me in the right direction

I have done the quest just once, but as i remember u have to drop the seeds u got into the big chest on the second floor(the naturalist building in front Lord British castle). Or not... Anyway, there is a chest and the chest is a part of the quest. I hope that helps.
