Link for dl not working?

I started the dl last night and everything was fine until it got stuck with one second to go. Gave it 30 min and it just wouldnt dl that last one second. When I click on the link now the page will not load. This is what I get when i do click on it.
asdfSQL query error. SQL query error. SQL query error. [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /home/uoex/public_html/index.php on line 56: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
Just tried it on diffrent comp and got the same thing. Anyone have any Ideas?

Thanks for the speedy reply just started playing free shards and found info on yours cant wait to actully get to play.
