It is also a craftable item, the ones sold in the ED room were special editions, signed by a random member of the staff.

Just wanted to give some feedback on higher level treasure maps, after digging up quite a few, just so anyone at that point will know what to expect.

I am at 2400 luck, and it seems like it isn't enough for level ingenious, diabolical, or infernal maps, especially in Fel.
I barely received any of the special collectable items, and not a lot of next level treasure maps.

So if your going to do higher end treasure maps, I would suggest waiting until you have a much higher luck level.
I heard at 7200 luck, the chances of drops increases dramatically.

I was a little disappointed with my results so I didn't want anyone else to waste a bunch of higher hard to get maps, if they are looking to collect the special items.

How do you get such a high Luck level on items, do you use Relayers to get the high luck?

You can get a lot of luck by applying +100 Luck deeds to your gear. It costs 100ED per deed. The maximum luck on each piece of gear is 400 luck. You can apply the luck deeds to any gear you want, not just relayers. Because they are so expensive, I recommend that you only apply these luck deeds to your relayers since those gears since it is end-game gear.
