House weight limit

Is every bag/chest limited to 400 stones inside your house? Even secured bag/chest? If so, is EX backpack (small, big, huge) the only way to get unlimited weight?

Only backpacks are limited to 400 stone. Most if not all other containers can hold unlimited weight when secured in a house.
