Are you that clueless that you think people don’t like you because you bought a few auction items they wanted? Dang…you’re more clueless than I thought.

Auctions took place long before you got here. Sometimes you win an item and sometimes you don’t. Most of the time if you don’t win an item it isn’t because you don’t have enough gold…but because you’re not willing to pay the going price.

At every auction I could have outbid you on any item I wanted. I can still do that and have a ton of gold leftover. You ain’t that rich bro.

As it’s been pointed out by others, you just donate to give away stuff to players so that they’ll be your “friends”. You’re just incapable of having friends that aren’t bought and paid for. Then the rest of the money you donate goes to having gold for auctions so you can grossly overpay for items in order to feed your ego.

In the words of a UOEX player…”you’re covered in head to toe in Titan hammers and don’t even know what a ship key is for”. That describes your existence on this shard.

To be honest, I think you’re just upset you couldn’t buy every players friendship on the shard. Just think…every player in your circle has been bought and paid for. Not a single one is your friends because they actually like you. They like that you give them free stuff. How sad is that?

I joined the first time, since you where seemingly nice enough.. but as they say in Star Trek.. Beware Romulans bearing gifts.. I left, due to not liking being in a guild.. but, you kept at it till I rejoined, trying to convince me my problem with people is that I "do not want to be liked". You gave me another bio, and said you can't even give them away.. so I figured, a low value item, no harm in accepting it. But yet again, I didn't like being in a guild, so I left. But not before I figured you out.

It's not that I don't want to be liked.. its I'm picky who "I" like... Big difference.

Both Bios, you gave of your own free will. However, after seeing how quickly you dole out treasures to boot lickers, and people who stroke your ego, I decided to test you. Since it seems you have a motive that far exceeds casual surface perception. You got sideways with me for asking for a new Bio, after I had remarked before hand how people are getting relayers, and other things, just handed to them, for seemingly nothing.

My dear, no one could care less about your reputation in an online game. If Lach wants to give his followers free stuff please don't manipulate him and be thankfull for it. If you don't want to hang around him don't. But that goes for the stuff you got for free as well. Did you perhaps gave them back when you fakedly deleted your account? A bio used to be expensive AF. you got 2 for free asked for a third in exchange for staying in a guild where you never wanted to be? props for the manipulation. Those could actually have been given to a newbie...

You know what bothers me? Is that a newbie somewhere on earth is going to find this shard and find this S**** drama and move elsewhere. Thats the reputation that matters to me. I want new players here as should we all. Some of you seems like you enjoy an empty shard.

It all started because I got what someone else wanted and they couldn't handle it.

I find it amusing, but also incredibly infuriating, that you still think this. Like I said way back in Feb, man I've been outbid on more auction items than you've had days on this server. So it has absolutely nothing to do with this. It is exactly as Deckard called it: "It will always be like this" after he witnessed your antics at that first auction. I called it before the auction. It ain't the fact you won some items and outbid people. It's the fact you think it's your right to win EVERY good item at an auction. Alejandro, Muolke, Anarchy, Nelapsi, Monet (all the previous uber rich for those that don't know their uoex history) never once showed the disdain for the shard that you do. They would buy the item or 2 that they wanted, and stop when the bidding got too high. This meant 2 things: auction item prices stayed in a sane territory and all players, including new players who you claim to help, could one day aspire to owning an item. Now it's Lord Lachian who gets every item, driving prices to astronomical heights. Making it so no new player could every achieve what others have done before. It gets worse though... after you literally buy out every good item at the auction you have the hide to jump on the forums a few hours later and threaten the entire shard saying that because we didn't bend over for you and let you have everything for cheap you were going to literally buy every item next time. Like, what the Frick is that sort of behaviour man??? This is a tiny community, many of us been together for years, within a few months your antics start poopstorm after poopstorm, and then after it all you talk down your nose to us and threaten us in the hopes we just let u get what you want??

Like I said before. Until your attitude to other players changes around here, this won't end. There's only one problem here, and it's the psychotically greedy attitude you demonstrate that is the issue. Nothing else.

I got this after your insane thread at the end of last auction. If I am honest I don't know who this players name is in game, but their forum account is 10 years old.


I received a range of in game PMs that were pretty much saying the same thing at this time too. This isn't a me problem, I am just the person putting my neck on the line to champion for Excelsior against this "New Era" of scams and greed. +C at least gave me another Shirt of Excelsioran Vigilance to go with my Protector of the Economy title for calling out the scammers this guy rolls with. Many players have tried to frame this as JW is hurt because he didn't get his auction item, therefore is having a sook. I would be lying if I said I wasn't annoyed at the last 3 auctions. However, my motivation is actually not selfish. It is about protecting what we have here as a community. I find it harder and harder (as many players who have been around a while) to not be pessimistic about the future of the server. The presence of an egotistical and greedy player trampling over everyone, who defends and hangs out with the scammers of the server, is simply speeding up this process. I will stop, I will even praise Lachian, if he shows a tiny mote of control and care for our community and stops threatening us and shows some courtesy to all players at auctions.

Hey John Warren, no one is going to care about your shirt. From the start, +C believed this would be a friendly server, but when we went to the UOEX website, we only saw posts full of sarcasm... In my opinion, this situation is completely out of hand. We all want more new players to join the server, not a bunch of veterans targeting an individual. If you want to help new players, I think the best way is for everyone to act with civility. This is a forum, not a marketplace for people to talk nonsense. I'm surprised that +C ignored this, not just this topic alone. If it were me, I would at least lock the topic or even delete it.

And @DirtyBook, you don't even dare to speak up on the forum, but instead, you abuse the edit feature to flip-flop. Don't you feel ashamed? As @Silent mentioned, you manipulated @Lach to get 2 free Bio pets, then went on to insult him. I wondered if you had any decency left when I read those lines.

I know everyone here is of age and has more experience handling situations than I do, but in this forum, you're acting like a bunch of snot-nosed 6-year-olds. Please, I beg you, grow up. It's 2024 already!

Honestly, I have no connection to any of this. I feel fine with what I did with JW. I repaid the gold in full and even apologized to him, that's not what a scammer does!. Those are things that, I think JW did not post in the previous forum, and as Lach said, this is simply a game. We should be playing in a healthy environment, not one filled with selfish veterans.

I'm not taking sides here; I see the issues you're all facing. But bringing it up on the forum to talk nonsense, I find it completely useless and serves no purpose other than to mock and slander each other. We're all human, not animals.

My 4 shirts are amongst my most valued possessions. They are a thing to be proud of and should be displayed. I love checking out other players reward shirts and thinking "I wonder what they did to get a 'Shirt of something noble'? These have been a reward from +C since day dot here, and if you don't respect them, fine, but you are wrong when you say nobody cares about them.

The idea that some forum posts do more to keep new players away than what you've been doing in game for the past 8-9 months is quite comical.

Not only is what you're doing hurting this shard but it is also causing many new and established players to either quit or greatly decrease how much time they're spending playing and being part of the community.

You like to come on the forum and play victim. Pffft....really? As I said in a previous post, every single "friend" you have in game you've bought with free items. There isn't a single player that thinks what you're doing is good for the shard that isn't getting free stuff from you. Not one.

You've been most commonly referred to as "psychotic" and that describes you perfectly.

What I find infuriating is how you think you're some sort of selfless protector of the shard when all you do here is sit around town center flexing, lurk on the forums with Moulke, and occasionally throw out an advert for your overpriced vendor.

He's run multiple harrower events open to the community, meanwhile you solo oaks before anyone can get there to get the skull to sell. He isn't running a guild for new players. He donates real money to get EDs and then buys up everything in game and gives items for free to newbies so that they'll like him and be his friend. That's not "helping" new players. That's giving them a bunch of stuff for free that most new players up until now had to play months for to get and actually learn the game in the process. The guy didn't even know what a ship key is for until a couple of weeks ago for crying out loud.

Running a champ and then selling the skull is greed? Give me a break! That's literally what this game is about. You go out, you play the game, and then in turn can sell whatever items you gain from that gameplay. Are players that do BODs and sell their BOD rewards greedy as well? Those sharpening blades can sure help a lot of new players, a fresh Blaze of Death from a treasure chest can as well, and so can everything else in game. This claim is just as ridiculous as when Lachian made the claim that buying/selling deco items was greedy.

There's plenty of things I disagree with JW on but come on this is just plain silly.

True, I am not the best person, but you shouldn't be wagging the finger at anyone Trung. We all make mistakes, and my mistake was getting involved with Lachian in the first place.. As for manipulating him for the bios? You must not have read what I wrote. It took me 3 days to decide on taking the first bio he offered. (I will clarify further, since you need more information.) When I had beginner gear, as I had left and came back, of course a fresh shiny bio was a welcomed addition to my equipment.

The second one, was him using another bio as bait to get me in his guild, which I refused to join for 2 weeks. Did Lachian mention I turned down items like a Ethy Dye Tub, as well as many other expensive items? Of course not.. might make me look better than you want to see me. I even told him back then, you don't have to buy my loyalty. But like the ignorant person that you are, you see my name up here, and decide it's time to crucify me. Simply because people have seen my blows up, due to unfair treatment of many veterans in the past. Because I did not know back then, how to handle conflict or simply walk away. Which for you high and mighty, is enough reason to garner me with a bad reputation.

If you want to push your beliefs of piety and morals onto me.. and try to make me look bad for not living up to you're expectations, then you are a true fool. I do not care about that.

If this is only about a couple bios? Then sure, I can give them back to Lachian.. but that would end up making him a liar (No surprise). Since he said after me asking if he was sure he wants to give it to me, his response was "I don't ask for things back after I give them." I would also like to point out, he said "No Strings." Which means he gave them of his own free will. Believe what you want folks.. and if you want to believe I'm awful.. I'm more than willing to play you're little game with that.

But I tell you what.. Silent .. Trung.. try you're best to make me look like a villain. You need someone to believe you are better than.. go for it. Like I have said before, I do fine without a reputation, or even a bad one. Makes it to where I am free of you're rules anyhow. You're dislike and disapproval of me, means nothing through the course of my day.
