Colibri is rebooting the shard, he had hoped it would recover on its own but it didn't.

That was my wishful thinking as well

all good.. no matter what, out happy place will come back up

well that escalated quickly

A very smart player decided to sell a bazillion robes to a tailor, and then one smart admin (me) decided to check what that vendor has in stock. I think that was also the cause of the 2-hour freeze a few weeks back.

The issue has been repaired, vendors will stop accepting wares after they have 100 items that they bought from players. That will also fix the gold exploiting issue.

It's back online. We lost about 10 minutes (hourly save at 5:00, froze at 5:10).

I am now down again...
