Just asking because I know it can be difficult to get a page response if you're trying at the wrong times, and really a question about a forum post isn't that urgent.

Generally, no, it's best to send a page in-game. We see those more often, they're tracked better. It's less hassle for us, and a lot less hassle for +c if he needs to investigate the matter at a later date.
