I am just now getting a chance to give this a second round of effort.

+Colibri is correct and deserves my apologies. Long ago my computer ceased to work with winrar and I had to download a different program to handle those files. This "file" came down with a UO icon on it, not an Izarc (my winrar alternative) icon, and was named as if the patch, not the complete file.

I attempted to open it, computer tried to treat it as an .exe and it failed. I had to open with Izarc, which is odd, but no excuse for my dismissing the file and being rude. My apologies.

File IS a Winrar and works perfectly, my sincere apologies and thanks for the effort in making and sharing the torrent.

It actually is an exe, so it's good for the computer to try and run it as a program. But opening it with winrar (or a winrar alternative) should work too.
