Another thing i have found is any logitech software installed. I have
Logitech web cam and found 1 reference to it causing problems of
Out of mem error and of course shut down browsers

The Logitech software is essentially a small browser that constantly refreshes to check for software updates. And browsers will cause the memory error if they are running before UO Steam or Razor.

That explains it tyvm. Never did find out the why n how till now:)
