(at 5 seconds 40hp/sec = 200hp -fingerslips taking total dmg healed to at most half? 25*per slip?)
anything after = speed increase at a = loss of max hp healed to balance(40hp/sec being able to heal faster = less fingerslips)
so waiting 5 seconds to heal will heal a higher possible total - with a diminishing return(fingerslip)
every 5 points of healing after 100 = 1 sec off timer, 120healing = 1 sec heal
dex can be a fingerslip factor? 25* - dex/25=-heal @fingerslip with a minimum of 1(though 1 cant be reached)?
120/130=40hp/sec 100/130=200hp/5secs
220dex = -3hp per slip 125dex=-18.75hp per slip
2 slips =162.5 6 slips= -112.5 ~= 100

i dont know how dex affects speed other then 210~215, but in the case dex is favored for speed
