If you log out and back in while in the farmland area, it reverts back to Feluccia's appearance. Resets back to the fall quest appearance if you get sent out and back in.

The mini pear tree, if you mouse over the bowl on the bottom, it pops up "Plant Bowl"

That's just how the forced season changes work, if you log out it'll reset until you re-enter the area.

And they show that on highlight because that's what they're named.
