Hi there!
The new player guide mentioned something about a ring that hold reagents. I couldn't find that. And how do I get another ride-able pack llama? Mine...well...got eaten..

You can find Spell Caster's Keys near Minoc public moongate :) The keys hold 60k of every reagent among some other things, just be sure to insure em! :)

Howdy,

You get a new ridable pack llama with each character you create. Find some out-of-the-way place, shrink the llama with a leash or shrink potion and then log back in with your main character.

You can also find pets in the new player donation chests which are often pretty strong. I recommend a "mule." Looks like a horse, is ridable and has a backpack. It's also immune to poison. You do need to up your animal taming and animal lore a bit to use one.

I also hear that the ETA guild tries to help out new players with decent pets.

If you have your heart set on another llama in particular, I have bred, maxed-out ridable pack llamas which I sell for 35k gold. These have 1000 strength and 1000 hit points. They don't die so easily. Find me in-game if you want to buy one.

Finally, you can find strong pets for as little as 4900 gold on my vendor at world teleports -> public moongates -> britain.

Regards,
Wil

Gaara, Thank you for personally coming out and showing me where the key ring was. Wil, very clever sales pitch. I have already been to your vendor, I think. I bought a dragon. I dont quite have 35k in gold to spend on a llama just yet. But I will keep you in mind when I do!
