some pvp raccomandations?

Other than some events and playing in the PvP dungeon, this is not a PvP server. So I'm kinda doubting you'll find a guild for it.

Right close to brit bank. Sorry to say they are usually empty though.

I doubt you'll find any PvP Guilds, however you may find a guild with members in that may spar with you. As long as you follow the rules that is.

Start a Pvp guild, start organizing Pvp nights in the dungeon. Maybe a rival Pvp guild will from. I bet people would rig up an alt for some pvp. If you like the shard, give it a try.
