Hi Guys,

I forgot my password and I think i may have locked out my account before I remembered it; assuming it's the same one for the online chat. I thought they were the same password, the chat and the game login, but although I can log into the chat, I can't log into the game. Any ideas on what I should try to get back in?

If you've been gone from the game for a long time it might be that you forgot your password.

I am not sure there is a lock or anything.

Heres what I would try.

Send a polite e-mail to the staff, let them know your problem. Give them all of the pertinent details. Don't give too much.
Include things like the nature of your issue. Your forum name. Your user for the client. Perhaps what you *think* your password was. Include the name of your character. I would hesitate to add password information. Not that the staff isn't trustworthy, but they should be able to figure out who you are, and be able o get you back on track without it!

They might ask for more, or they might not need all of that, its hard to say.
I think that would be a first good step to take.
