I am unable to "Collect" the required items.

When i'm in the book, i get a red error of: invalid property string : cloth,200

Any ideas?

send a page, in game, so Nyx can look into it there.

You do not collect the cloth. You give the cloth, which is explained in the quest book. Next time you have an issue like this, please send a page in-game instead.
