I ask because wherever I went, I didn't get anything clear.
I used up 2 of the 100 charges, and really, before using any more I'd want to know if they're just a rare thing I should sell to someone or if it's a rechargeable thing and should keep it.

Unfortunately it's not rechargeable The wands are quite rare, usually obtained from events.

Awww.

Guess I'll see if somebody wants to buy it off me before I manage to spend all the charges.
