Hello all I am new here. I downloaded the all in one bundle, The newest version of Razor and tried this out.
I get errors when i startup razor. And then errors when i try to use it. I have tried uninstalling razor and redownloading it but still get the same errors. Im at work now so i cant say what the error exactlly is.... Just wondering if there is a way to get it up and running with the new version or should i try to downgrade razor and go with the older version. Any advice would be great!
And I have read many posts about it but dont see my troubles anywhere and I have done the "Razor how to" as described in another post....

First off, welcome to the shard!

Secondly, I am not sure if the newest version of razor works well with our shard (but I might be wrong). So I would suggest downgrading

Go into the folder where you unpacked (installed) the bundle. You will see a subfolder "RAZOR HOWTO". There's a readme file in there i think.

The thing is, razor uses a registry key to determine where the client is installed, to get the data files. Since simply unpacking the files doesn't apply any registry values, you need to do that manually.

And yes i did the how to and still bugged a bit. But its when Razor opens not getting to the shard. Ill try to downgrade Razor when i get home see if that helps. And i diddnt get to see alot yet but wow you have done a great job from what i have seen so far. My first impression was "WOW" !!!

Hello and welcome I too had that problem. I found out with a friend's help (who doesn't play) that I had extra razor files that I thought had been deleted. A search for them found them and they were deleted. You need the razor numbered 1.0.11 and don't patch after 5.0.9. Your razor should work fine then. Good luck

I can confirm Razor 1.0.11, that's the version I use with no problems.
