Hello, can someone help me pricing these items:

Pickaxe

Physical resist - 18
Fire resist - 18
Poison resist - 18

Faster Casting - 1
Hit Cold Area - 58

Bardiche

Physical resist - 18
Cold resist -18
Poison resist - 18

Faster Casting - 1

Not sure about the actual price but physical resist isn't considered that valuable (as people do SOT relayers which have 20 physical resist each), also the cold area is unimportant as it's going to be a relayer.
