There is a vendor at Shadow Moon Vendors currently who is selling memory packs. In the bag you'll find a skull candle and a book. Write your memory of a lost loved one in the book and contact me for the book and candle to be locked down at the Memorial Garden in the grounds of the Day of the Dead Festival. I will be around off and on this week but if we miss each other they can be also dropped in the inbox that is posted at the entrace to the event grounds. To get to the event grounds you can take the portal system to Malas Umbra and then run out the NE Gate. Follow the star area around to the north and you'll see the house clearing there.
