When you have 100 inscription it adds 10% bonus damage to the following spells:

Try the necromancy scrolls.
Other than that, spellbooks and BOD books.

On other shards Inscription makes Magic Reflect much more useful, and harder to overcome also. Does it do that here to?

I successfully made 379 vampiric embrace scrolls between 104 and 120, that's not counting failures.
