Easy UO crashing with V12 Patch

I have downloaded and installed the entire V12 client.
Now, as soon as I launch Easy UO, the UO client crashes.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Did you use the patch utility or the full client installation?
I use the full client installation.

I solved my issue. I have run in to this before but forget each time.

I am running Windows 10 Professional

I have found that any time I target a "new" client with Razor and with Easy UO, I have to change the client Access and Compatibility Mode.

Navigate to the folder where the client is targeted (I named my folder Excelsior V12).
Right click the client and go to the Properties option

Select the Compatibility Tab

Check the box: Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select Windows 7 from the drop down menu.
Also check the box for Run this program as an administrator at the bottom.
