Excelsior

Good Evening,

I am in a dilemma, a few days ago my pc went kaput. After a system wipe and reinstall I tried to log back into excelsior, only I typed in my username wrong and created a new account. After realizing my mistake in usernames, I was able to log into my account. If there is a staff member who can help me out I would greatly appreciate it

use the in-game help button on your current/main account and do not log back into the accidentally made one and do NOT transfer any items at all between the two accounts.
