I'm new here but I played the Origins UO for a few years. There with you get Bushido up to Master your Samurai can control and ride a Lesser Hiryu.
I tried it here and it does bit work, even when I get my Bushido up to 115.
Does anyone know if this is a BUG... or if they coded it not to work is Excelsior?

need taming and animal lore to tame and ride them, 120 bushido didn't allowed me

You need 99 taming.
Taming Lesser Hiryu is a common way to train Taming from 99 to 120. If you're particularly clever, train taming on multiple characters at once: retames add 5 to the taming difficulty which makes it easier and faster to gain taming above 110 but any given character can't gain by retaming the same animal.
