did you loot that cutlass hued blue or did you dye it yourself?

It's blue by default, the other one (Captain Quacklebush's) is red.

something must have changed recently the cutlass I looted over a year ago was default steel color and so were the few others ive seen for sale. explains why our seahorse statues also had different hues.

might be, I've seen one or two players with them and one in the museum, all blue

the jack sparrows cutlass has always been blue all 4 of them that crossed my pack have been blue

sorry its been a long time since I looted mine or even seen one for sale I remember them being default steel hue. not the first time my brain has lied to me
