I've been working on a Library system. I just would like to know if anyone here would like to see that implemented. It's more of a role playing kind of system but in any case.

The way it would work is you could write up a story, guide, whatever and publish it across libraries and booksellers across the world. Any sold would calculate a percentage to be given to the writer. Of course, there are skill and gold requirements to publish a book but nothing extraordinary.

Let me know if this seems something you would be interested in seeing. If you do let me know why, and even if you don't I'd like to hear your input.

I really like this idea. I was playing oblivion for the 360 and spent hours just reading the random books in houses and what not lol yeah i'm a nerd.

but the idea is great because iknow lot of poeple love to write book not just history but also trick to gain skill or item more faster and if poeple can pay to know that that could be very nice

ya, that would be cool... if you havent checked out Moogie's library, its on the right side on ice island... haha... its a nice place of runebooks, but that player doesnt play, he played for an hour, an took off again... nothing wrong with copy and paste

btw who has moogies place then?..and will it be dropped if he doesnt play?

i think this place will revert to being "Shard Owned" if that happens... if not.. I WILL BE IT'S NEW OWNER... and i'll put a bouncer at the door checking ID's and collecting the cover charges...lol

I think this would be a great idea. I was just in the Temple of Wisdom (I think it was called) in Ilshenar, and I'm looking at all the empty bookshelves thinking it would be cool to have books in them. And perhaps even some rarer books, that tell of certain spawn locations perhaps? Or basically just little snippets that would be neat. In the future maybe be able to find books that start quests. And of course, the bulk of them.. old stories.
