Asking 1,000,000 gold which includes the 160k house plot. On the water. No close neighbors or spawn. Same storage as an 18x18: 2437 items.
Placement allows the owner to construct a dock using the yard wand as shown. The yard items will be removed before the transfer so that you can place your own and they'll belong to you.
