WTS: 18x18 in Magda with basement
Posted: Sat Jul 07, 2018 6:01 am
Selling an 18x18 house plot on grass northwest of Mook Town in Magda. Nice neighborhood. No spawn.
Carpeted basement included as shown. Note that this house is not sunk. You are not buying an ED-sunken house. Yes, you can lock down and secure things in the basement.
Asking 1M gold which includes the 179k plot, the 100k carpet and the 200k teleport.
A locked down rune to the house can be found by my vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain. The red teleport pad at the house will take you to and from the basement.
Warning #1: This house is not sunk. You are not buying an ED-sunken house. The basement was installed by placing yard wand items, dropping a carpet on top and then removing the yard wand items. You can lock down and secure objects on the carpet but you can not change the basement in the house editor.
Because the house is not sunk, you can still build upwards all three floors in addition to the basement. The basement gives you an extra floor versus a normal 18x18.
Warning #2: Carpets re-deed if you chop them with an axe. If you chop your basement floor you will be unhappy. If you're worried, you can mitigate the risk by replacing the carpet with tailor-crafted goza mats. If you accidentally chop a goza mat, only that one square is lost.
