I'm in the eternal search for a house spot, trying here and there. But when I select a house, or a plot, the mouse cursor appears way off the actual house, as you can see in the screenshot. Is this the way it is supposed to be? I saw on some videos that the cursor was on the house, not next to them, so now I don't know if I can't place because the terrain is not valid, or because my mouse is looking elsewhere.
You need to be sure the house will fit and then once you are sure click the mouse where the middle of the
houses STEPS would be.
Placing where your cursor is (likely wayyyy off to the side) doesn't work.
Put your finger on the screen where the steps would be and click that spot.
Good luck, it's an art to do it successfully.

yeah on this shard you don't have a waiting period when placing houses... I tore down and rebuilt my house like a dozen times one day trying to get it in the right spot. No Idea why the cursor is bugging for you.
Oh, I didn't know this shard didn't have the waiting period.
I tried first without the resized window, before I started using razor even. Just the Excelsior client, and the mouse cursor was acting the same: way off the house silhouette.
