So, i just finished with hit mana leech and hit fireball hit (ignore that fail on 1% hit magic arrow )

So, what should be my next stat to upgrade?
Or... should I change my mind and level it different?

Yes. But the thread is not about that.

The point of the weapon is damage output. I would spend remaining in hit arrow. I doubt you will have anything left but if so. STR after that.

I would add Spell damage increase to get the most out of your fireballs and lightning bolts.
Hit Chance is good depending on your gear, or add to magic arrow AFTER you add Spell Damage Increase.

I agree with adding Spell Damage Increase. Highly overlooked stat, and the higher it is, the higher damage you hit with your hits.
