2. Give a little more notice so more people can participate.

The short notice messed me up a little bit too. However, I'd rather auctions at short notice, than no auctions.

Secondly super bowl only really affects one country, there's lots of big days at other countries that aren't taken into consideration either.

Nickos, thanks for uploading the auction history, along with the screenshots!

- Timing: yeah, the anniversay auction is always around the superbowl weekend, fortunately the sunday auction was just the duplicate deco (and well, the star house)
- Sorry about the last-minute announcement, auctions should/will probably be announced a week in advance.

Also, we're overhauling the back-end auction system so there will be the auciton sales logs posted as well, once it's done.

Without trying to derail the topic, a cool idea +C would be to have a raffle stone info thingy. Tells how much gold was sunk in each raffle or how many tickets were bought. Might incentivise people to buy more...

Maybe, or less. As it is, people likely overestimate their chances of winning by underestimating how much people really sink on the raffles. I think that in a lot of situations, people would decide it's not worth wasting their gold.

But at the same time, I've seen +Nyx win multiple raffles. They used to have to buy a ticket to get the stone activated. That means she won with a single ticket.

I actually only buy one ticket of each raffle and have won quite cool things over the years, I admit I have not gained in quite some time now perhaps people buy more , that would be curious to know

Heh, I usually drop 1 - 3mil on the red stone depending on what it is. And at least 10 tickets in EVERY raffle. Hence why I am always poor I think. So far I have won 2 things lol. 0 Slot, typo'd name "ethreal cu" cu sidhe, (was a unique ride circa 2010) and sunglasses recently. Something like a relayer deed etc I always put a mil into tickets.

So yeah, it may discourage spending as you've said Xavian, as based on some of these replies I dunno if it's worth dropping as much gold as I do into them...

I have handed my money to pheobe and watched it dissappear, but as far as auctions.. kinda cheap
