Server-Wide Lag Spikes

There have been a total of 5 or more lag spikes between 12:00-20:11 UTC (server time) on March 1. Each lasted about 5 seconds and it either caused people on the server to lose connection or to simply lag.

Yes...several today for several seconds a piece.

I see the problem, we're about to have a restart that should fix it.
