so part of this quest, you have to get things from certain people, and I have no clue where to find them.
is there a guide to this and other quests on uoex?

There is info on the Wiki (not sure about this specific quest; but other quests are on there for info). Wiki has a lot of useful information

I already searched the wiki in the quest section, the toolmania quest is not even shown.
