Unless it is at least a 3 x hit, and all the hits are at least 38% (not counting dispel), I tend to throw the weapon in my trash.
However, using the right combo, almost any weapon can be decent. you just really want to plan it out!

This one is a sample. It isn't a great weapon, but it is something.

Unfortunately for you the value of that weapon is as much as you can get from smelting it and selling the iron ingots.

As for the price: technically, the value is whatever the buyer and seller agree upon, for the trade to go through. I don't know if it's a few k gold, or 500ed, that's for the market to decide.

The original axe posted is not even worth looting, Muolke is correct, it's worth the ingots (or tokens from trash bag) and that's it. The second image of the 3x38% is likewise worth next to nothing, I would not even bother looting that. I don't even loot 3x46% weapons any more unless they have a spell hit and mana leech because they simply don't sell (if you don't believe me go to my TC vendor and u can buy dozens of weapons with double or triple the stats listed in this post for less than 25k each). To actually sell a weapon it needs to be 3x46 or 4x38 or better, anything less does not sell, even with those stats it needs to have a spell hit to be worth anything.

As for lowballer. I would not read anything from someone who has clearly made a new account for the sole purpose of having a go at someone. What, pray tell, did you sell for 500ed??

Secondly, lowballer, I've actually had to have conversations with Muolke before about selling things too cheaply (see this thread http://www.uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=12513 ), he had a bad habit of deflating prices by letting things go to early offers, so I think your accusations of him being full of it and lowballing are simply untrue. Lowballer almost sounds like that michellancello guy/girl who buys up everyone's fairly priced items then relists them on his vendor for 9999ed and when you [pm him/her and ask for a price he/she just says "2k ed current best offer" which is blatantly false and tries desparately to rip off newer players by dying bear masks to look like SoT's and listing them on his/her vendor for 250ed.

Moral to the story: if it ain't got over 138 points worth of weapon hits with at least 38 of those coming from a spell, it ain't worth anything sadly.

You're absolutely right John Warren. Unfortunately there's a ton of supply out there and not so much demand so as you said...anything less then a 4 x 46 isn't really selling which makes its value zilch.

For example, i've had this weapon on my vendor (along with others) for months now and it has much better stats than the weapon the OP posted about. Just to give you an idea...

You're right. That's why I have it priced so low and even so...it's not selling. It's no big deal. But if my weapon isn't worth much then the weapon the OP posted is worth even less. That's my point.
