You must clear voter id in open link of course (^_^)

Or you can just go to front page of UOEX and click the voting links on the bottom. They always work for me.

Yes, the vote system is currently under maintenance and the {stuff} you see is scaffolding that will be removed after it's complete. I started working on this yesterday, and it is my main focus right now, if all goes well it might be already operational today, otherwise until friday for sure.
