I believe that the BODs that the NPCs issue are scaled to your skill in whichever particular craft...so does it follow that wearing all +5 skill gear to get past 120 will yield better BODs, or is it capped at 120?

I asked that question via the help system some time ago and was told that only your real skill counts.
