trough [exex command, you will acces to exex market and buy everything you want
.
I'll recommend kill some liches and that to get from free, if not, theres a Necromancer vendor at excelsior halls or ILV vendor headquearters.

You're welcome, i recommend you, the wiki, it contains a lot of useful information.
even the guides how to level properly the skills (Not all but mostly) and the useful commands for the shard.
